That starts with a strong foundation: unlimited prints, custom photo strip templates, branded start screens, a dedicated on-site attendant, digital gallery delivery, generator power, and full setup and teardown. From there we build around your vision.

The trailers require a 20×10×10 foot space to set up in. Depending on the size of the lounge buildout we may need more space.

No. Both trailers come with generator power included. We're completely self-sufficient and don't require venue power hookups. If you’d like us plugged in we just need access to one 20 amp plug.

Yes, Hugo is available with custom tire cover branding and window wraps. Penny can also be dressed in custom elements. Reach out and we'll talk through what's possible for your event.

Yes. We're fully insured and provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request.

Both trailers are equipped with portable air conditioning to keep the interior comfortable. Since the doors stay open during events to welcome guests, the AC works to take the edge off rather than fully climate control the space — but it makes a noticeable difference, especially on warm NorCal days. If you have specific concerns about your venue or event date, just let us know and we'll talk through it.
